I designed this quilt pattern because I wanted to use a LOT of different novelty prints all in one quilt. My son was young at the time and had a lot of things that he loved. Including bikes, legos, video games, dogs etc.  I gathered together many prints of his favorite things and designed a quilt to show off all of those fun prints.

This quilt is easy to make. I'll teach you how to make a baby sized quilt with 6 different fabrics OR a lap sized quilt using 11 different fabrics. 

Baby Quilt Size: 37x45

Lap Quilt Size: 54x60

Skill Level: Beginner

Note: the pattern uses an cut of fabric that is exactly 9” wide.  If you feel that your fabric is cut to exactly 9” and is squared up properly you can purchase 1/4 yard. 

Otherwise I recommend 3/8 yard of fabric.

Baby Quilt:

Fabric for Quilt: 3/8 yard each of 6 different fabrics  

Fabric for Backing: 1 1/2 Yards 

Fabric for Binding: 3/8 Yard

Lap Quilt: 

Fabric for Quilt:  3/8 yard of each of 11 different fabrics 

Fabric for Backing:  4 Yards of Fabric

OR 2 yards of 60” wide Minke Fabric 

Fabric for Binding:

1/2 Yard
