The Zinnia Zebra Quilt pattern is a fun way to add a touch of whimsy to your sewing projects.

• The zebra in the pattern is created using raw edge applique using Heat N Bond Featherlite. It is machine appliqued.

This pattern offers two different construction options.  

Option 1 is a 60” x 60” quilt with a 36” x 36” center panel featuring a machine appliquéd zebra.  

Option 2 is a 20” finished pillow featuring a 18” x 18” machine appliquéd zebra. 

Supplies For Quilt:  16 Fat Quarters for Dresden Blades - This quilt is perfect for a Fat Quarter Pack! You will make 8 half dresden plates, each of these plates will be made from 2 different prints of fabric. 

If you wish for each of your half dresden plates to be different, purchase 16 fat quarters, each in a different print.  

1 Fat Quarter of Fabric for Corner Triangle Blocks 

1 Fat Quarter of fabric for backing of the Dresden Plate Center Half Circles (this fabric won’t show, any light colored fabric will do, this would a perfect place to use up some scraps!)

1 Yard Fabric for Border around Zebra. 

1 3/4 Yards of Fabric for Background of Half Dresden Plate Blocks. 

1 1/4 yards of fabric for Zebra 1 1/4 yards of fabric for Zebra Background 

3-5  Fat Quarters of fabric for flowers and leaves or glasses on Zebra

For Binding: 5/8 Yard Fabric 

For Backing: 4 Yards Fabric
